Cancellation Policy
All reservations made through our website are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required information or payment is received. Guests agree to use the reserved space responsibly and for its intended purpose. To support a positive experience for everyone, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition in which it was found, including removing personal items, disposing of trash, and following any posted setup or cleanup guidelines. If additional cleaning or repairs are required, related fees may apply. Adjustments or cancellations should be submitted as early as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a fee based on the space reserved and the preparation already completed. No‑shows may also incur charges.
